COVID-19 secure working processes
PPE
Our engineers use new PPE for each installation consisting of face coverings and gloves and sanitise their hands regularly, both prior to entering your property and throughout the installation process.
Social Distancing
During the installation process, our engineers will maintain social distancing from customers wherever possible. They will also avoid touching surfaces unnecessarily, so we politely request that customers make access as clear as possible prior to their arrival and to open a window or door to ensure the area is well ventilated.
Hygiene
Our engineers will clean up all rubbish and packaging upon completion of the job and will clean any surfaces and equipment they have touched with an antibacterial solution.
Bubble
Our engineers work in a team bubble of two people. These teams don’t mix in order to reduce the spread of infection.
